VICTORY was founded in 1928 as the Federal Storage Company of Washington, DC, and renamed in 1945 to commemorate the U.S. victory in World War II — and, just as deliberately, the victory of fairness, integrity, and always doing the right thing. More than 85 years later, that name is still a promise, and those values still define how we work.
